Increased Demand for COVID Testing

Greetings and Happy Holidays!

Due to an increased demand for COVID testing due to the holidays and new COVID variant, we are seeing an increase in the demand for testing. As of this time, our Cypress location has no additional appointment slots for Tuesday, December 21 or Wednesday, December 22, 2021. The earliest appointment we have at this time is Thursday, December 23, 2021. Please keep this in mind when completing the online forms. We appreciate your patience during this critical time and look forward to serving you as soon as possible.

All clinics will be closed on December 25, 2021 in observance of the Christmas Holiday.
